Normal shipping on Pet-Mat models, PM6, PM12 and PM24 is free. We also offer Express shipping on these models for $10 per item.

Delivery normally takes up to one week from dispatch of order, although this does depend on where you live. We aim to have your Pet-Mat in the mail on the afternoon of your order.
Parcels will be dispatched the business day after the order is received, if goods are in stock. However, when a dispatch is likely to be late due to a shortage of stock, or any other reason, we will be in communication with you immediately after your order is received. Any faulty or damaged stock due to poor workmanship will be replaced at no charge under manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact us within 7 days if your goods are damaged in any way from transit. Postage will be paid by the customer.
This product is warranted for 12 months from purchase date against faulty workmanship or material. To make a claim, simply return your product together with proof of purchase and date of purchase to your retailer. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, animals or incorrect use void warranty.
