Returns Policy
Please email enquiries@petmat.com.au for all returns enquiries. If your Pet Mat is not in working order on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible after opening.

All returns must be communicated to Dale Ecotech within 14 days of dispatch, or discovery of a fault in the goods.

Dale Ecotech will authorize a return if the goods are found to be faulty at the time of supply. Returns will only be accepted by a company representative and postage must be paid by the customer.

If the product is found to have a manufacture fault, Dale Ecotech will replace the product free of charge. If the fault is found to be caused from misuse, or normal wear and tear, it will not be covered by the free replacement clause.

If the mat has been sent back to us under the assumption of a manufacture fault, and is found to be functioning, it will be sent back to you.

Any ‘change of mind’ returns will not be permitted, as per the ACCC ‘consumer guarantee’ guidelines.
​
Dale Ecotech will provide a replacement for returned goods only if a copy of the packing slip, invoice, or documentation showing the customer’s name, date of purchase and a notation clearly stating the reason for return is supplied.

RESTOCKING FEE
Dale Ecotech Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on products returned.
