Care of Pet-Mat™ Pet Heating Pads

Pet-Mat™ pet heating pads have removable covers to aid in cleaning when soiled or dirty. If the covers of your Pet-Mat™ pet heating pads get dirty, they can be removed and cleaned. Alternatively, you may simply purchase a pack of new covers. New designs will be released in the future.

Pet-Mat™ pet heating pads can be cleaned by washing with soapy water, but remember to first unplug pet heating pads from their low voltage transformer. Once cleaned, make sure that your pet heating pads are dry before plugging them back into their transformer.

NOTE: DO NOT IMMERSE OR EXPOSE THE TRANSFORMER TO MOISTURE OR WATER. The transformer supplied with the Pet-Mat™ pet heating pads are meant to operate indoors only, plugged into household mains power. Pet-Mat™ pet heating pads can however be used in a car to provide heat when transporting your pet in a vehicle, using a 12v car adaptor (purchased separately).
